The sparkling wine Ancestral de Puntiró is made solely from Premsal Blanc (the local variant of the Xarel·lo variety in the island of Mallorca).
This ancestral sparkling wine from the Jaume de Puntiró winery is sourced from Sa Vinya Vella, an organically grown estate vineyard.
After a meticulous selection of the grapes, this Spanish sparkling wine from DO Binissalem-Mallorca started alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks.
Following the méthode ancestrale, the sparkler Ancestral de Puntiró 2023 completed the fermentation process in the bottle.
We suggest drinking this organic Pét-Nat from Mallorca without food or pairing it with light dishes.
