This is the new vintage of the sparkling wine Jaume Giró i Giró Bombonetta Brut Gran Reserva a top-notch, little-known organic Cava that is only produced in exceptional vintages.
It is made from a complex blend of both native and international varieties, the composition being 30% Xarel·lo, 10% Parellada, 30% Macabeo, 10% Pinot Noir and 10% Chardonnay.
After a traditional vinification, this Cava was bottled in order to complete secondary fermentation, as the Champenoise method requires. Then, this Spanish sparkling wine was aged for a minimum of 42 months in the cellar.
Crafted by the Jaume Giró i Giró winery, the Cava Jaume Giró i Giró Bombonetta Brut Gran Reserva 2021 comes in an attractive demijohn-shaped, retro bottle.
