This top-notch Cava is made from a blend of Xarel·lo, Parellada and Macabeo, complemented with a touch of Chardonnay.
After a traditional vinification, the Cava Jaume Giró i Giró Selecte Gran Reserva 2015 was bottled and then aged for no less than 100 months in the cellar.
