Details
This interesting Spanish red wine comes from the windswept region of L'Empordà, in northern Catalonia.
Delightfully rugged and full of character, the wine L'Oratori is a blend of Grenache, Carignan, Merlot and Syrah.
Once in the cellar, the grapes were cold-macerated and fermented in stainless steel tanks.
Then, the wine L'Oratori 2023 of the Martí Fabra winery was aged for 12 months in underground concrete tanks, a fact that gives the wine a distinctive character.
Aerate this red wine from L'Empordà 30 minutes before drinking.

Oratorium
This wine has the peculiarly earthy, bone-dry Empordà character, but also its character and authenticity. No masks. A pure wine with an exceptional price.
