This interesting Spanish red wine comes from the windswept region of L'Empordà, in northern Catalonia.
Delightfully rugged and full of character, the wine L'Oratori is a blend of Grenache, Carignan, Merlot, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon and Ull de Llebre.
Once in the cellar, the grapes were cold-macerated and fermented in stainless steel tanks.
Then, the wine L'Oratori 2024 of the Martí Fabra winery was aged for 12 months in underground concrete tanks, a fact that gives the wine a distinctive character.
Aerate this red wine from L'Empordà 30 minutes before drinking.
