An unmasked expression of the Godello variety, the wine Ladairo Godello comes from DO Monterrei, Galicia.
Produced by Bodegas Ladairo, this Spanish white wine was crafted from over 30-year-old vines.
The Godello variety is complemented with a tiny amount of Treixadura, a high-acidic indigenous Galician white grape which is being increasingly used as part of white blends.
Harvested by hand, the grapes were fermented in stainless steel tanks. After that, the wine Ladairo Godello 2025 was aged for some months in those same containers.
