The young red wine Ladairo Mencía is produced by Bodegas Ladairo, one of DO Monterrei's most representative wineries.
This Spanish red wine is made from Mencía and Araúxa (a.k.a Tempranillo), sourced from vineyards about 30 years of age.
Harvested by hand and vinified in stainless steel tanks, the grapes were gently pressed and macerated for a short period.
Finally, the wine Ladairo Mencía 2024 was gently filtered before bottling.
