Produced by bodega Laus, a branch of the Enate group, Laus Rosado is a young Spanish rosé wine from DO Somontano.
A blend of Grenache and Syrah, the grapes are sourced from vineyards with rocky and limestone soils planted at around 400 metres above sea level, in an area with a Mediterranean-Continental climate with low rainfall.
Each variety was separately harvested and cold-macerated in stainless steel tanks. After being drawn-off, this rosé wine from Somontano was fermented at a low temperature.
Finally, Laus Rosado 2021 was blended and bottled.
