Produced by bodega Laus, a branch of the Enate group, the wine Laus Rosado comes from DO Somontano.
A blend of Grenache and Syrah, this young Spanish rosé wine was sourced from vineyards with rocky and limestone soils planted at around 400 metres above sea level, in an area with a Mediterranean-Continental climate with low rainfall.
Each variety was separately harvested and cold-macerated in stainless steel tanks. After being drawn-off, this rosé wine from Somontano was fermented under low temperature.
Finally, the wine Laus Rosado 2024 was blended and bottled.
