Coming from DO Somontano, the wine Laus Chardonnay Garnacha is an unoaked Spanish white wine produced by Bodega Laus.
A blend of mostly Chardonnay with some White Grenache, the grapes are sourced vineyards with clayey soils situated in Barbastro, Huesca, at roughly 400 metres of altitude, an area with a Mediterranean-Continental climate and low rainfall.
Harvested at dawn, the grapes were first cold macerated on arriving at the cellar. Then the free-run juice was drawn-off before undergoing alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks.
After that, the white wine Laus Chardonnay Garnacha 2025 was stabilized and clarified before its bottling.
This vegan white wine from Somontano will pair well with white meat recipes, tapas and rice dishes.
