The wine Literal! is the first foray of Bodega Arché Pagès into the world of minimal intervention and low-alcohol wines.
This varietal Spanish red wine is sourced from Syrah vineyards located near the village of Capmany, in the northenmost area of DO Empordà.
The grapes were harvested early and vinified in stainless steel tanks with native yeasts. After that, the red wine Literal! 2025 went straight into the bottle with no added sulfites.
In contrast to the majority of wines from the region – where an ABV above 14.5% is not at all uncommon - this red wine from Empordà has a - relatively - moderate alcohol content of 13% ABV.
