This is the new vintage of the wine Llavors is, as usual, made from a blend of grape varieties.
The 2021 vintage of this Spanish red wine is made from a blend of old-vines Samsó (Carignan), complemented with Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc.
Produced by La Vinyeta, the grapes come from estate vineyards planted in Mollet de Perelada, north Catalonia, DO Empordà
Fermented at a controlled temperature, the wine Llavors 2021 was subsequently aged in French, Hungarian and Romanian oak barrels for over a period of 5 months.
Redesigned every year, the label of this red wine from L'Empordà is always a reproduction of old local magazines or newspapers.
