Product Description
Details

The best known Spanish white wine of the Pazos de Lusco winery, Lusco is a varietal Albariño from DO Rías Baixas.

It is made from trellis-trained vines over 25 years old located at "Pazo Piñeiro", a plot with highly acidic, deep soils made of decomposed granite with very low levels of organic matter.

Manually harvested and rapidly brought to the cellar to avoid undesired pre-fermentation, the grapes of this white wine aged on lees were destemmed and macerated uncrushed for 6 hours.

After that, they were pressed and fermented in stainless steel tanks with indigenous yeasts. Finally, Lusco 2022 was aged for 6 months on its lees.

Pair this white wine from Rías Baixas with shrimp, creamy cheeses and light dishes.

Palate
