Produced following the traditional method, the Cava Maria Casanovas Gran Reserva comes from Penedès.
Crafted following the traditional method, this Spanish sparkling wine is made from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir (roughly 40% each), complemented with the traditional Cava varieties: Macabeo, Xarel·lo and Parellada.
Once alcoholic fermentation was completed, this Gran Reserva Cava was blended and bottled, after which it completed secondary fermentation.
Then the Cava Maria Casanovas Gran Reserva Brut Nature 2022 was bottle-aged for a minimum of 36 months.
