The grapes were harvested both manually and mechanically. Each of the Cava varieties was separately vinified in stainless steel tanks. Once alcoholic fermentation was completed, this Spanish sparkling wine was bottled. After that, it completed secondary fermentation, and then this organic Cava was aged for 15 to 18 months in the bottle.

The cava Maria Casanovas Brut de Brut has a golden straw-yellow colour with some green reflections. Bright and crisp, this organic brut nature Cava has some fine, tiny bubbles.
Clean and fresh aromas. This Brut de Brut of Maria Casanovas suggests notes of ripe white fruit, aromatic herbs and flowers. The background is reminiscent of fine lees.
A freshness that accompanies the wine throughout its entire passage through the palate. This cava of Maria Casanovas has a good acidity and some melting, palate-caressing bubbles. Ripe white fruit, with a pleasant background of toast and dry fruit, and a creamy texture. Pleasant, long finish.
