This blended Spanish red wine is made from 40% Cabernet Sauvignon, 31% Xarel·lo and 29% Parellada, sourced from vineyards farmed with environmentally friendly criteria that forbid the use of pesticides, fertilizers or chemicals of any sort, with the aim of maximizing the integration of the vineyard in its natural surroundings.
The Xarel·lo and Parellada grapes were pressed directly, and the grapes of Cab. Sauvignon were destemmed and macerated for 15 days. Then the three varieties were cofermented in stainless steel tanks and aged on lees for 6 months. After that, Mas Candí Baudili 2022 was bottled with no sulfites added.

The red wine Mas Candí Baudili Negre is medium purple with a maroon edge.
Aromas of ripe black fruit, ground black pepper and liquorice, with a spark of citrus and herbs. This blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Xarel·lo and Parellada is lively and straightforward.
Crunchy and savoury, this wine of celler Mas Candí is medium-bodied, with a nice acidity and a gentle fizz. Super fresh and quaffable, ending with a herbal and blackcurranty note.
