Product Description

Made from 20-year-old Albariño vines, Nora is a varietal Spanish white wine from Bodega Viña Nora.

The vineyards are scattered across three subzones of DO Rías Baixas: Condado de Tea, Salnés and Valle de Ula. The soils are composed mainly of granitic rock.

Handpicked and meticulously selected, the grapes were cold-soaked for 6 hours to maximize the extraction of aromatic compounds. Then 10% of the wine was fermented in oak, and the rest in stainless steel tanks.

After that, Nora 2021 was aged for 4 months on its lees.

This is a promising young white wine that will grow in the bottle.

Additional Information
Additional Information

The white wine Nora is medium straw with steely tinges.

This varietal Albariño suggests some delicate, clean aromas of freshly cut grass, white fruit and white flowers - jasmines and peonies - underpinned by some entrancing mineral remembrances.

Crisp and fruity on the palate, with delightful remembrances of flowers, citrus, herbs and white fruit. This wine from Bodega Viña Nora is fresh and tight, with a lingering, flowery aftertaste.

Traditional Albariño which perfectly suits my taste. Unctuous, full-bodied, super versatile with many kinds of food.
