The yummy rosé wine Parató Pinot Noir is produced by bodega Parató Vinícola.
Made from organically grown Pinot Noir vineyards, the grapes were harvested at their optimal ripening point. Once in the cellar, they were crushed and macerated for 2 hours. Then they were drawn off.
After that, the wine Parató Pinot Noir 2024 was fermented in stainless steel tanks for 24 days. The process was cold-stopped to preserve a small amount of residual sugar. This Spanish rosé wine was filtered and stabilized before bottling.
