The 2019 vintage of the Cava Àtica Extra Brut Gran Reserva is made from a blend of 75% Xarel·lo and 25% Chardonnay.
The vines grow in clayey-limestone soils near the Mediterranean sea, at an altitude of 350 metres above sea level. The winery has completed its conversion to organic farming.
Produced following the traditional Cava method, this Spanish sparkling wine of the Parató Vinícola winery was first fermented under controlled temperature.
After that, the Cava Àtica Extra Brut Gran Reserva 2019 completed secondary fermentation and was aged for a minimum of 30 months on its lees.
This organic Cava Gran Reserva from Penedès is perfect to drink throughout a whole meal.
This is also a vegan certified Cava.

| Palate | Fresh and crisp, this Cava of Parató Vinícola has some tiny bubbles and a creamy, suave body. Orange rind, garrigue, sweet spices, some buttery remembrances and dim mineral notions. Medium finish. |
