Produced by Parató Vinícola, the Cava Àtica Extra Brut Rosé Reserva is made from a blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes sourced from certified organic vineyards with clay-limestone soils situated at 350 metres of altitude.
Vinified following the traditional Cava method, the varieties were separately fermented in stainless steel tanks. Then this rosé extra brut Cava was blended and bottled.
After completing secondary fermentation, the Cava Àtica Extra Brut Rosé Reserva 2022 was aged for on lees for 18 months minimum.
