Produced by Viñedos y Bodega Pardevalles, the wine Pardevalles Albarín Blanco is made solely from Albarín Blanco, a white variety native to the DO Tierra de León area.
This varietal Spanish white wine is sourced from vineyards located between 750 and 820 metres above sea level, in an area with a Continental climate. They are composed of poor, rocky soils of alluvial origin.
Harvested at night, once in the cellar the grapes were first cold macerated for 48 hours. Then they were pressed and drawn-off prior to being fermented in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 13ºC.
The wine Pardevalles Albarín Blanco 2025 gives the opportunity of getting to know a recovered native grape variety from northern Spain.
The result is an attractive white wine from Tierra de León.
