Product Description

The new vintage ot the excellent Cava Parés Baltà Blanca Cusiné combines the freshness and tension of the indigenous Xarel·lo variety with the elegance of the French varieties Chardonnay and Pinot Noir.

Produced by the Parés Baltà winery, this organic and vegan Cava was meticulously crafted.

First, the white varieties were fermented in stainless steel tanks for two weeks. As for the Pinot Noir, it was vinified as a Blanc de Noirs and fermented in new French oak barrels and further aged for 2 months with 3 weekly stirrings of its lees.

After that, this Spanish sparkling wine was blended and bottled.

Once secondary fermentation was completed, Parés Baltà Blanca Cusiné 2014 was aged for a minimum of 80 months before its disgorgement.

Open this Cava Gran Reserva 30 minutes before drinking.

This Cava from Penedès will be the perfect accompaniment of a multi-course meal.

The Cava Parés Baltà Blanca Cusiné is pale yellow with some greyish tinges.


Impressively complex, this blend of Xarel·lo, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir carries some delicate aromas of almonds, hazelnuts and dried figs, evolving into aromas of ripe pears and apples, alongside some notes of sugar-coated citrus, quince jelly, and honey.


Elegant and focused, with good definition and a crisp acidity. This Cava from Parés Baltà has some caressing bubbles and a lush texture. Lively remembrances of orchard fruit, some smokey notions, and some flecks of dry fruit, aromatic herbs and toast. Long finish with remembrances of balsam, red berries and flowers.

A highly presentable and not so well known Cava, Parés Baltà Blanca Cusiné 2014 usually becomes a personal favourite once one has tasted it.
