Made by the Parés Baltà winery, the wine Parés Baltà Mas Petit is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Grenache.
The grapes were sorted from two certified organic vineyards located in Penedès. First, each variety was separately fermented and macerated in stainless steel tanks using indigenous yeasts. After that, this Spanish red wine was blended and transferred into 2nd, 3rd, and 4th year French oak barrels.
Finally, the red wine Parés Baltà Mas Petit 2021 was aged for 7 months in the barrels.
Straightforward and easy to drink, this organic and vegan red wine from Penedès will pair nicely with BBQ'd meats.
