Produced by Parès Baltà, the Cava Parés Baltà Rosa Cusiné is a varietal Spanish sparkling wine made solely from Grenache.
This single vineyard organic Cava from Penedès is sourced from grapes coming from Finca Les Torres, located at an altitude of 670 metres above sea level. The place has special microclimate that imparts the grapes a remarkable freshness and excellent acidity.
Crafted following the traditional Cava method, after completing fermentation this vegan Cava was aged for 3 months on its lees with daily pump-overs. The aim was to increase the volume and creaminess of this organic sparkling wine from Penedès.
After that, the Cava Parés Baltà Rosa Cusiné 2020 went through secondary fermentation in the bottle and was aged for a minimum of 48 months.
