Pegaso Zeta 2023
A superb introduction to the charms of world-famous Garnacha de Gredos, the wine Pegaso Zeta is produced by Telmo Rodríguez, one of Spain’s most prestigious winemakers.
This Spanish red wine from DO Cebreros is sourced from three venerable Grenache vineyards owned by trustworthy local winegrowers who have been collaborating with Mr. Rodríguez for many years. The vineyards have granite and slate soils.
The grapes were hand-harvested and fermented with native yeasts. After that, this Crianza red wine was aged for 6 months in 500-litre French oak barrels.
Finally, the red wine Pegaso Zeta 2023 was aged for 6 months in stainless steel tanks and for a further months in the bottle before its market release.
It is advisable to aerate this red wine from DO Cebreros-Sierra de Gredos before drinking.
