Coming DO Costers del Segre, the wine Petit Siós Blanc is an interesting unoaked organic Spanish white wine.
It is made from a blend of Viognier, Chardonnay and Moscatel de Grano Menudo (Muscat).
The grapes were sorted from 70 hectares of estate vineyards with limey soils. Climate is Mediterranean with a Continental influence.
Harvested by hand, the grapes were cold-soaked for 48 hours, gently crushed, and separately fermented for 20 days at a temperature of 16-18ºC.
Produced by Costers del Sió, the white wine Petit Siós Blanc 2025 was blended and aged for a weeks in the bottle before its release.
