Produced by Estones Vins, also known as Bodega Mas Sersal, Petites Estones Negre is a young Spanish red wine made from 90% Grenache and 10% Samsó (Carignan).
Picked by hand, the grapes were sorted from vineyards with slate, clay and limestone soils situated in DO Montsant. Once in the cellar, they were macerated and fermented in stainless steel tanks.
After completing malolactic fermentation, this Montsant red wine was transferred into French and American oak barrels, where it was aged for 3 months.
Before bottling, Petites Estones Negre 2022 was cold-stabilized, clarified and gently filtered.
