The wine Popul Blanques de Terrer is the entry-level white wine of the talented winemaker and 6th- generation Priorat native Sandra Doix.
This blended Spanish white wine is made from 60% White Grenache and 40% Macabeo grapes, sourced from young vineyards located near Poboleda, in DOQ Priorat’s freshest area.
They were meticulously harvested and selected, after which this white wine from Priorat was vinified in stainless steel tanks.
After that, the white wine Popul Blanques de Terrer 2024 was aged for 6 months on lees in the tanks. Finally, it was kept in the cellar for some time before hitting the market.
We suggest aerating this white wine aged on lees before drinking.
