Scarce, sought-after and confidential, the white wine Rita is produced by the Vinyes Domènech winery.
A varietal White Grenache, this Spanish white wine is crafted from over 50-year-old vineyards scattered across three plots farmed following the principles of organic and biodynamic agriculture.
The plots have different soil compositions and sun orientations, a fact that gives a remarkable complexity to this white wine from Montsant.
Meticulously harvested, the grapes were macerated and fermented with indigenous yeasts in used French oak barrels.
After that, the whtie wine Rita 2024 from DO Montsant was aged on its lees for 5 months.
