This inviting Spanish red wine is sourced from Tempranillo vineyards planted in Pesquera del Duero, Quintana de Pidio, Gumiel de Izán and Fuentenebro, at 750 to 950 metres of altitude.
After a meticulous harvest, the grapes were fermented in stainless steel tanks. After that, this red wine from Ribera del Duero was aged for 10 months in French oak barrels.
After bottling, the red wine Roble del Convento 2021 was cellared for some years before hitting the market.
