Made in the magic island of Formentera, the smallest and prettiest of the Balearic Islands, the wine Savina is produced by Bodega Terramoll.
This young Spanish white wine is a blend of Viognier and Malvasia, sourced from 15-year-old vineyards with limestone soils.
Hand harvested during the first half of August, the grapes were selected and refrigerated. After that, each variety was individually vinified in stainless steel tanks under controlled temperature Then the white wine Savina 2024 went straight into the bottle without seeing any oak whatsoever.
We suggest pairing this organic white wine with fish and rice recipes or a baked sole with lemon sauce.
The production of this white wine from Formentera is very limited.
