The bulk of this organic white wine from Bodegas y Viñedos Shaya was fermented in stainless steel tanks, where it was aged for 6 months. The rest of it was fermented in oak barrels and also aged for 6 months.
Finally, the wine Shaya Verdejo 2024 was blended and bottled.
This varietal vegan white wine is fresh and fruit-driven. Pair with rice dishes, baked fish and creamy cheeses.
