Details
A blend of old vines Grenache and Carignan, the wine Terroir al Límit Terra de Cuques Negre is produced from biodynamically farmed vineyards 25 to 40 years of age.
Made by the prestigious Terroir al Límit winery, the wine project of German-born Dominik Huber, this highly original red wine from Priorat bears the "Vi de Vila" seal, which qualifies the wines made from vineyards located near a specific village. In this case, Torroja del Priorat.
Harvested by hand, the grapes of were destemmed and cold-macerated. Then this Spanish red wine was fermented in stainless steel tanks and concrete diposits with indigenous yeasts and a very gentle infusion of the wine must.
After that, the wine Terroir al Límit Terra de Cuques Negre 2022 was aged for 8 months in the said containers.
Decant this Crianza red wine from DOQ Priorat 30 minutes before drinking.
