Details
Tombú 2025
A very original Spanish rosé wine from Castilla-León, the wine Tombú is produced solely from Prieto Picudo, a variety indigenous to northern Spain, sourced from a vineyard planted in 1920.
Harvested by hand and transported to the Dominio de Tares facilities in small boxes, the vinification began with the grapes being destemmed and smoothly pressed.
Then they were fermented in stainless steel tanks, after which the rosé wine Tombú 2025 was aged for 3 months on its lees.
This original rosé wine from Castilla y León is a great summer sipper.
| Appearance | The rosé wine Tombú is deep pink with delicate reddish tinges. |
|---|---|
| Nose | This wine made from Prieto Picudo smells of strawberries and raspberries, combined with vegetable notes along a lactic background that is also slightly citric. |
| Palate | The wine has a refreshing palate, with dim tannins that are presented along a delicate background that is slightly bitter. This young rosé wine by Bodega Dominio de Tares has a medium-long aftertaste reminiscent of citrus and raspberries. |
| Our personal opinion | Fresh and structured, the wine Tombú 2025 will pair nicely with pizza, vegetables and finger food. |
