A product that embodies like no other the supreme craftmanship of legendary Bodegas Vega Sicilia, the wine Vega Sicilia Único Reserva Especial probably is the best non vintage dry red wine in the world.
The 2026 release of this Spanish red wine is, as usual, made with a blend of three vintages of Vega Sicilia Único; namely, the outstanding 2011, 2012 and 2014 ones.
The main grape variety of this Reserva red wine is Tinto Fino, the signature grape of Vega Sicilia, with a smidgen of Cabernet Sauvignon.
The red wine Vega Sicilia Único Reserva Especial 2026 was bottled in May 2022 and cellared for some years before being released onto the market.
18,618 bottles produced.
We suggest gently aerating this NV red wine before drinking.

Nose
Multidimensional and phenomenally complex, this non vintage blend of Tinto Fino and Cabernet Sauvignon from three vintages boasts aromas of mulberries, cassis and redcurrants with hints of graphite, dark chocolate, rose pepper, ember, incense and pine needles, underscored by notes of iron-blood, Moroccan leather and spice bazaar.
Palate
Supple, poised and lush, this wine of Bodega Vega Sicilia has an incredibly refined texture, a rock-solid yet weightless tannic structure and an inexhaustible richness. Effortlessly elegant and totally compelling, with an expansive, unforgettable finish.

The wine Vega Sicilia Único Reserva Especial 2026 is astonishing. One of the world's great wines indeed!
