The Cavas Vilarnau winery is the producer of the sparkling wine Vilarnau Brut Rosé Delicat Reserva.
This blended rosé Spanish sparkling wine is made from Grenache and a 15% Pinot Noir, sourced from certified organic vineyards.
Cold macerated for several hours and vinified in stainless steel tanks, once fermentation was completed this rosé Cava from Penedès was blended and bottled in order to complete secondary fermentation and an ageing period of at least 15 months.
