Made by the prestigious Compañía Vinícola del Norte de España (CVNE), the red wine Viña Real Crianza is made from 90% Tempranillo, complemented with Mazuela (Carignan), Grenache and Graciano.
The grapes were manually harvested, destemmed and cold-macerated to preserve their aromatic compounds. Then this Spanish red wine from the DOCa Rioja was fermented in stainless steel tanks under controlled temperature.
After the completion of malolactic fermentation, the red wine Viña Real Crianza 2022 was transferred into American and French oak barrels, where this vegan wine was aged for 13-14 months.
We suggest pairing this Rioja red wine with red meat dishes and stews.
