The wine Aretxaga Txakolí is the entry-level Spanish white wine of Bodega Otxaran, a venerable producer from the DO Bizkaiko-Txakolina whose history goes back to the XVIIIth century.
This young white wine is a blend of the local varieties Hondarrabi Zuri Zerratia and Hondarrabi Zuri, sourced from the Loreako Ama vineyard, located in the interior of the Bizkaia province, an area with an Atlantic climate.
The grapes were carefully harvested and selected. This white wine from DO Bizkaiko-Txakolina was fermented in stainless steel tanks.
After that, the white wine Aretxaga Txakolí 2025 was aged for 2 months on lees in the tanks.
