Details
This the new vintage of AT Roca Costers from the AT Roca winery, a wine previously known as AT Roca Costers de Vinya.
Produced in DO Penedès, this Spanish white wine is made from Xarel·lo (90%) and a small percentage of Malvasia de Sitges.
Separately vinified according to the variety, this organic white wine was fermented in stainless steel tanks for 25 days. After that, 40% went into 4,000-litre vats, 20% in 500-litre oak barrels and the rest was kept in the tanks. All were aged on lees for a period of 4 months.
After that, AT Roca Costers 2022 was blended, bottled and aged for some weeks before its commercial release.
