An organic rosé sparkling wine produced by AT Roca, a member of the Clàssic Penedès association of producers, AT Roca Pedregar is made from a blend of Grenache and a lesser amount of Macabeo.
A single vineyard organic sparkling wine, the grapes were sourced from over 35-year-old vines with marl-limestone soils located in Viña del Pedregar, Penedès.
Traditionally vinified, each variety was separately fermented. Then the rosé sparkling wine AT Roca Pedregar 2017 was aged for 7 months in oak barrels, after this this organic rosé sparkling wine was aged for a minimum of 30 months in the bottle.
This is a yummy, versatile Brut Nature rosé sparkling wine from Penedès.

Simply great!
A rosé with bones, but not lacking in subtlety. Catalonia is a treasure trove of great sparkling wine.
