Sourced from 22 parcels with gravel and limestone soils at altitudes from 220 to 340 metres, the wine AT Roca Reserva Rosat is a blended rosé Spanish sparkling wine produced by the AT Roca winery.
Made from an equal blend of Grenache and Macabeo, the organically farmed vineyards are located near the village of Sant Sebastià des Gorgs, in the Costers d'Ordal subzone.
This organic sparkling wine vinified in stainless steel tanks and aged on lees for 7 months. Then the Corpinnat sparkling wine AT Roca Reserva Rosat 2023 was bottle-aged in the cellar for a minimum of 20 months before its commercial release.
