Blanco Nieva Sauvignon Blanc 2025
Made from Sauvignon Blanc, a French variety which has adapted remarkaby well to the climatic and geological conditions of DO Rueda, the wine Blanco Nieva Sauvignon Blanc is produced by Bodegas Martúe through its Rueda-based brand, Bodega Viñedos de Nieva.
This varietal Spanish white wine is made from over 25-year-old estate-owned vineyards located at an altitude of 850 metres above sea level, near the town of Segovia.
The grapes were picked by hand at night. Once in the cellar, they were cold-macerated and pressed in an inert atmosphere. The alcoholic fermentation was carried out at a low temperature for a significant amount of time, in order to maximize the expression of the varietal characteristics.
After that, this white wine Blanco Nieva Sauvignon Blanc 2025 was aged for some weeks on lees before being bottled.
