Blanco Nieva Verdejo 2024
A blend of 20% old and 80% 25-year-old Verdejo vineyards, the wine Blanco Nieva Verdejo is produced by Viñedos de Nieva, the brand of Bodegas Martúe in DO Rueda.
Produced only from the free-run juice, after a meticulous harvest 30% of the grapes were cold-macerated to enhance the aromatic expression of the wine.
Alcoholic fermentation of this Spanish white wine took place in stainless steel tanks and lasted 23 days.
After that, the wine Blanco Nieva Verdejo 2024 was aged on its lees for several weeks, and then the wine was clarified, filtered, and stabilized prior to its bottling.
This young white wine is fresh and moreish.
