Brun Rosso Artesanal
Produced by bodega Oliveda, the vermouth Brun Rosso Artesanal is made from a base wine of White Grenache sourced from vineyards located in Serra de l’Albera, in the northernmost part of the Empordà region.
Aromatized with a nip of rancio wine, the base wine of this vermouth from Empordà was kept for 12 motnhs in stainless steel tanks. After that, this Spanish vermouth was infused with a blend of exotic spices and locally sourced aromatic herbs.
Amber-coloured with some bright reflections, this red vermouth carries aromas of vanilla, fennel, citrus, cinnamon and nutmeg. On the palate, the vermouth Brun Rosso Artesanal is balanced and inviting, with some creamy notes and a bitter-ish finish.
