The wine Bucrana Crianza is made by bodega Bucrana -a branch of the Bornos Vinos y Licores group- in the heart of the DO Toro.
This varietal Spanish red wine was sourced from 20 hectares of Tinta de Toro vines around 20 years old, grown in clay-sandy soils and farmed with environmentally friendly techniques.
Hand-picked and carefully selected, the grapes were fermented under controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks. After that, the red wine Bucrana Crianza 2021 was aged in French and American oak barrels for 12 months.
Finally, this red wine from Toro was bottled and kept for a minimum of 12 months in the cellar before hitting the shelves.
