This elegant Spanish red wine is made by the Huguet de Can Feixes winery. It is made from a blend of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Petit Verdot.
The vinification of the wine Can Feixes Negre Tradició was meticulous. Each variety was separately processed in stainless steel tanks.
After that, they were also separately aged for 12 months in French oak barrels.
Then the red wine Can Feixes Negre Tradició 2016 was blended and aged in tanks for a short period of time to allow for the perfect blending of the three wines.
Finally, this organic red wine from Penedès was aged for 4 years in the bottle before its commercial release.
