The new vintage of the wine Cara Nord Blanc is made from Macabeo, Chardonnay and Trepat, an indigenous red grape from Conca de Barberà which here has been vinified in white (without skin maceration.)
Produced by Cara Nord, this Spanish white wine comes from vineyards with slate and cobbled soils planted at 800 metres of altitude. The winery practices an uncompromising high-altitude agriculture, following minimal intervention and environmentally friendly practices.
After a meticulous harvest, this white wine from Conca de Barberà was fermented in stainless steel tanks.
Then the wine Cara Nord Blanc 2023 was aged for 3 months on lees prior to its bottling.

| Nose | Notes of Granny Smith apples, white flowers and underbrush, with hints of pineapple and passion fruit. This blend of Chardonnay, Macabeo and Trepat also carries some mineral undertones and a dash of white pepper. |
| Palate | This white wine of Celler Cara Nord has a bold entrance onto the palate and a lush texture. Fresh notes of citrus, flowers and ripe white fruit, with some mineral and salty notions, plus a very good acidity and a medium, slightly bitter finish. |
