Details
A varietal Tinta del País (aka Tempranillo) this 1.5 litre Spanish red wine is produced by Bodegas Rodero.
Crafted from vineyards around 20 years of age, Carmelo Rodero 9 meses Magnum comes from DO Ribera del Duero.
After the harvest, the grapes were destemmed and gently crushed. Then they were fermented in stainless steel tanks.
After that, Carmelo Rodero 9 meses Magnum 2020 completed malolactic fermentation and was transferred into French and American oak barrels, where it was aged for a period of 9 months.
Then, this red wine from Ribera del Duero (1,5 litre-bottle) was aged for a further 3 months in the cellar. It will evolve nicely in the bottle.
