Made from Tempranillo and Grenache, the wine Chivite Las Fincas Rosado is a single vineyard, Provence-style Spanish rosé wine produced by Bodegas Julián Chivite.
The grapes are sorted exclusively from the Finca Legardeta vineyard, which bears the label of the protected geographical indication VT 3 Riberas. The climate is Atlantic-Continental.
Hand-picked, the grapes were meticulously selected. Then this rosé wine from VT 3 Riberas was fermented in stainless steel tanks.
After that, the wine Chivite Las Fincas Rosado 2024 was aged on lees for 6 months. It was gently filtered before bottling.
