This is the new vintage of the wine Chivite Colección 125 Rosado. Made from a blend of Tempranillo and Grenache, this is a premium Spanish rosé wine.
The grapes are sourced from the Finca Legardeta estate, located in the northern area of DO Navarra. Hand-harvested, once in the facilities of Bodegas Julián Chivite they were selected twice and destemmed.
Then they were fermented with the skins for 12 hours to gently colour the must. After that, both wine musts were drawn off and transferred into French oak barrels, where Chivite Colección 125 Rosado 2023 was fermented and aged for 9 to 12 months on lees.
Finally, this rosé wine from Navarra was bottled and aged for a few months before its release.
