Made by Clos Dominic, a family-run winery located in Porrera, DOQ Priorat, the wine Clos Dominic Clos Petó is a phenomenal value.
Basically a blend of Grenache and Carignan, this Spanish red wine also includes a portion of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. All come from vines grown in Priorat's trademark steep slate slopes.
The grapes were harvested by hand. After finishing alcoholic fermentation, this Spanish red wine was aged for 14 months in 225-litre French oak barrels.
Finally, the wine Clos Dominic Clos Petó 2022 was gently filtered before bottling.
